The story of B2A Brasil 2 África Participações began long before its name existed. It started with four professionals — Rigoberto Zamora, André Campos, Ana Cláudia, and Ricardo Veras — who, over more than three decades, built a solid partnership based on trust, purpose, and a vision for the future.
Each possessed unique expertise: architecture, engineering, construction, financial management, and commercial operations. But something greater united them — a vision catalyzed by André Campos’ passion for Africa and the conviction that Brazilian knowledge could generate a profound impact on the development of sister nations.
Together, they faced intense challenges both in Brazil and on the African continent: complex projects, unstable markets, economic changes, cycles of crisis, personal and business losses. Even so, they remained steadfast. In victories and defeats, they never lost focus, nor the courage to persevere.
For over 30 years, they worked hard, made difficult decisions, learned constantly, and completed many projects. From these shared journeys emerged something greater than a company—a shared purpose.

Afro-Brazilian architect and entrepreneur with 30 years of experience in civil construction and real estate. He leads ARCH B2A, focusing on innovation, urban impact, and sustainable development, dedicating his career to strengthening bridges between Brazil and Africa and driving the continent’s growth.
Rigoberto Zamora
Project Director
Engineer specialized in electrical and electronic systems, with strong experience in planning, managing, and implementing complex projects. For 25 years, he has been leading multidisciplinary teams at B2A and overseeing major real estate and infrastructure developments, ensuring technical excellence, operational efficiency, and high-impact delivery.

Administrative Director
& Co-Founder
Administrative and operational management of B2A, ensuring internal efficiency, strategic organization, and support for project execution in Brazil and Africa.

Professional with solid expertise in financial management, controllership, and strategic planning. For 25 years at B2A, she has led corporate budgeting, feasibility analysis, risk management, and the implementation of processes that enhance governance and operational efficiency.

Manager of the Architecture and Construction Solutions Department at B2A, responsible for planning, technical coordination, and management of multidisciplinary teams. Corporate diplomacy, strategic coordination with governments, private institutions and multilateral organizations, conducting institutional agreements, managing contracts and ensuring political and operational alignment for the implementation of B2A projects.

Responsible for advising B2A on legal and compliance matters, ensuring regulatory security and strategic support for operations in Africa. Involved in contract monitoring, due diligence, risk analysis, and standardization of legal documents.
